• Processing time: after payment confirmation, your order will be processed within 3 business days.
• Delivery time: varies according to the customer’s location, usually between 15 to 35 business days.
• Tracking: all orders include a tracking code, sent by email within 7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping costs: may be free or calculated at checkout, depending on the product or ongoing promotion.
