Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in cases of proven defects or wrong items shipped.

  • Requests must be made within 7 calendar days after delivery.
  • Replacement items will be sent at no additional cost.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or a full refund.

Example: You ordered a shirt in size M but received a size S. In this case, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you.
