Return & Refund Policy

At Belluna, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.
• Return costs may vary: in cases of defective items or wrong shipments, we cover the shipping; otherwise, it may be the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item, within 10 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Example: If the product arrives defective or different from what you ordered, the return is free and you will be fully refunded.
